If you are the owner of a Jazz 4G device and it seems you are not going to unlock it, go through this article carefully and follow the steps to unlock your Jazz 4G device.
To Unlock a Jazz 4G Device for all Networks

- Turn on your Jazz 4G device and connect it to the data cable.
- Double-click the device icon on your computer or PC to install the necessary drivers to unlock the 4G device.
- Make sure your antivirus software is turned off because it may interfere with your installation process.
- You may be asked to download certain software first to install the drivers.
- Go to the links provided and download Flash File and Drivers. This is an important step that is needed first.
- Remove all files from drivers and run them as administrators.
- After you have processed all three files, keep your device turned on and do not remove it as your device is copying data.
- The software will ask you to enter a password. Type an asterisk six times e.g., ******
- You will then be asked to enter a number. Enter the IMEI number provided on the back of your Jazz 4G app.
- Enter your Port number. To enter your port number, search the ‘Computer Device Manager’ bar and go to the Port tab. You will find your device number there.
- After entering your port number, press any key to continue.
- Unplug your device and remove the battery.
- Re-insert the battery into the device.
- Simultaneously press the WPS button and power button for at least 5 seconds.
- You will see a bright blue light on your device.
- Connect it to a computer.
- The device will automatically start writing files.
- When the encryption process is complete, your device will be unlocked and ready to use the SIM cards of any network.
To change the Wi-Fi name and password of your Jazz 4G device
- Download the ‘Jazz Wi-Fi app’ to your device and install it.
- Open the app and connect your Jazz Wi-Fi device to the phone.
- In the top left corner, you’ll see a menu bar. Click on it.
- Select the ‘Settings’ option and click ‘Wi-Fi settings‘.
- Rename your device and set a personalized one in the SSID option.
- To change the password, click on ‘Wi-Fi Key‘ and enter your favorite password.
- To save the settings, click on ‘Apply‘.
Note: Please note that these directions may differ from different models of Jazz 4G devices. However, in all cases, you will have to install the right drivers according to that model.
